Job Overview
All shifts are available
Perform all set up and preparation work prior to packaging each diet
Accurately and thoroughly complete all forms and documents needed for each packaging run.
Operate all packaging equipment and perform operator adjustments as needed.
Receive all incoming items and confirm items meet quality standards.
Wear all PPE and follow all established safety procedures
Accurately complete all required paperwork associated with warehouse
Maintain a clean work area
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in operating a forklift
Proficient math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, units of measure)
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal work instructions and to correctly and thoroughly complete paperwork
PC proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment
Proven attention to detail oriented and quality orientation
Solid work history and attendance record
Ability to frequently lift up to 30lbs and occasionally lift up to 50lbs, and capable of climbing, bending, reaching, standing and walking for long periods
Ability to work effectively within a work team and in a noisy and dusty environment
