Paralegal wanted for 8th amendment deliberate indifference law firm. Must be able to handle cases from retainer to end of trial. Handle all aspects of discovery, motions, complaints, trial prep. This is a work from home position. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience. Must be skilled at legal research, calendaring and technologically proficient. Able to work without micromanagement or constant oversight. Productive and able to meet deadlines. Approx. 30 hours per week. If you do not have extensive 1983 experience DO NOT APPLY.
