Shop assistant - must have a valid driver’s license and can work on a set schedule: Monday, Wednesday-Friday, some Saturdays. This is NOT a design position. We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated individual with a passion to see each job through. This is a dynamic and interactive position, filled with variety from day-to-day. Duties will include taking deliveries, cleaning glassware, buckets, etc., packing glassware, processing flowers. Our jack-of-all-trades shop assistant should be someone who:
- Can take a list of items and follow through with packaging them for a variety of event supplies
- Has the ability to work both independently and in groups
- Is comfortable lifting and moving
- Doesn’t mind getting a little dirty
- Can identify and execute additional tasks during downtime and in between projects
- Is confident navigating Madison and surrounding areas in a variety of vehicles, especially our well-loved minivan!
- Has a professional demeanor when interacting with customers and other vendors
$15/hour starting wage ; 25-30 hours/week
