As the Line Lead, you will work closely with Production Supervisors to set up and run assembly lines, while coaching individuals with diverse abilities to maximize their potential as they learn valuable work skills!
The Line Lead ensures safety, daily production goals are met, sets-up lines and makes adjustments, trouble shoots as needed. The Line Lead assists Production Supervisors and vocational training specialists in assigning staff and training on the assembly functions.
This is a FIRST SHIFT position, Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm. Benefits include 11 paid holidays, paid time off (PTO) accrual, annuity eligibility and more!
The selected candidate will have previous assembly or production manufacturing experience, will have lead a team of 5 or more people, be motivated and positive! The position requires the ability to lift regularly up to 25lbs, stand, walk, bend, twist, grasp and adapt in a fast paced environment.
