Dreamweavers is seeking responsible individuals with a balanced sense of fun and responsibility for full time live-in positions supporting developmentally disabled individuals. Four positions available in three different homes: near east Towne Mall (2 men), near Fish Hatchery/Todd Drive (1 man, 1 woman), near Hilldale (2 women, one man) and near Verona Rd/PD (1 man). Live in spaces include own bathroom. Provide direct care to adults with developmental disabilities at home and pay no rent in the process! Responsibilities include full personal cares with some consumers, medication administration, cooking, household maintenance, activities in the home and in the community (when safe to do so), and documentation. Very fun, very rewarding work. Excellent way to save money in rent and utilities!Previous experience working with vulnerable populations is preferred, but will consider otherwise for the right individual match. Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or its equivalent to be considered for employment.

Per our policy due to the vulnerable population we support, all employees are required to be vaccinated for Covid (can arrange to do so upon hire if not vaccinated already), or, if unable to be vaccinated due to medical or religious exemptions, to get tested weekly for Covid and provide negative test results to HR. Compliance with mask, universal precautions, and PPE usage is required by employer. Must wear a mask during all awake hours while working with consumers. Full PPE provided by employer.
