Looking for an individual to assist with property management. List of responsibilities include:
Weekly walk-through of multi unit building/apartments
Checking on tenant matters
Being able to adjust and to adapt to tenant relations
Adding in court matters
Assist in Cleaning
Overseeing daily operations
Showing apartments and assisting an application process
Candidate needs to be highly motivated and mobile.
Pay is based on experience and availability.
Hours are flexible and include some weekends showing apartments.
Apartments are located in Portage Wisconsin. Ideal candidate would be located in the city or close proximity.
