I am Chris Lawrence, the Broker of Trillionaire Realty in 32 states. I have recently opened an office in Madison and I have clients ready to assign REO listings to me; however, they require I have a local agent.
There is a lot of REO listing opportunity now due to the pandemic, ending forbearance / moratoriums, and rising interest rates. There is a great probability you will make between $15K - $30K / month just from the REO properties you will list for us.
