Job Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced, self-motivated Independent Sales & Marketing Contractor to source, qualify, and book high-value appointments with decision-makers at Wisconsin businesses. You’ll operate as a 1099 contractor, using your leads and tools, with no cap on your earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research prospects (Owner, CEO, IT Manager, or equivalent) throughout Wisconsin
- Secure Discovery Calls, Site Assessments, Demo, and Sales Closing meetings via our online scheduler
- Book appointments with interested clients and customers by coordinating directly with our scheduling team
- Accurately attribute and log each appointment for commission tracking
- Maintain compliance with federal (TCPA, CAN-SPAM) and Wisconsin telemarketing laws
Compensation & Benefits:
- Highly competitive commission structure on both one-time sales and recurring contracts
- Monthly commission payouts within 30 days of client payment

Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales or lead-generation experience, ideally in IT or professional services
- Strong prospecting skills and ability to build relationships remotely
- Reliable internet, phone, and personal email/CRM tools
- Familiarity with online scheduling and call-logging procedures
- Must be eligible to contract in Wisconsin (1099 status)
- Recommended: Professional liability or general liability insurance
