Who: You! We are looking for someone who has great communication skills, and is friendly, responsible, and reliable to fill our open guest service position. You will be the face of the company at our front desk and around the spa and work with a team of awesome people from all different backgrounds.
What: Guest Service Representatives are in charge of booking clients in person and over the phone, checking guests in and out for their services, and maintaining the cleanliness of the spa (including laundry and light cleaning). You will answer guests' questions and provide support to our therapists.

Entering into a tranquil environment to start your work day is the ideal way to work - there's little stress, and everyone is friendly. We encourage new employees to learn things about the spa that are outside of their specific department so that we may all work together to make a guest's visit the best experience possible. Training usually lasts two to three weeks to make sure you are confident and comfortable answering guest calls and questions. However, you are never on your own - all guest service shifts are scheduled with at least one other team member to divide tasks and provide support.
When: We are currently looking for one to two people who can work part time to full time including evenings and weekends. Every other weekend is required. At minimum availability listed below but hours may vary based on number of hires.
Monday: 3-8:30 PM
Wednesday: 4-9:30 PM
Thursday: 4-9:30 PM
Friday: 3-8:30 PM
every other Saturday: 8 AM - 1 PM
every other Sunday: 8 AM - 1 PM
Different shifts may be available depending on your availability and flexibility of other team members.
Compensation: STARTING pay $14/hour. Benefits include discounted services and retail products, complimentary annual demo services valued at over $1,400, monthly gift certificate to use on services, and health, dental, and vision insurance available for full time team members.
