Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our experienced team in Fitchburg, WI.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM day hours. On call rotation is 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (1 1/2-hour minimum pay per call).
Full Time - Year-Round position. Consistent stable work with overtime potential available!

What you need:
Ability to read and quickly respond to work order and service requests
Dependable and strong work ethic.
Good safety habits
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
Mechanical aptitude

learning new skills
Valid driver's license required
What Our Maintenance Techs Will Do:
Respond to service requests as needed
Prepare apartments for turnover (may include painting, appliance repair/replacement, plumbing, lock changes, etc.)
IF YOU ARE WILLING TO LEARN, WE ARE WILLING TO TEACH YOU
Manage curb appeal by inspecting and cleaning grounds and buildings.
Assist with snow removal as needed.
Complete on-call emergency maintenance.
Performing basic preventative maintenance
