We are looking for a person with at least 3-5 years of experience as a residential lead carpenter including flooring, drywall, and painting.

We are a small established company that mainly deals with residential properties.
-Carpentry: Doors, Windows, Cabinetry, trim, flooring, insulation
-Drywalling: Hanging, taping, finishing, texturing
-Painting: Prep work, painting, clean up
-Eye for detail and quality work
-Must be self-managed and organized and able to work alone and manage other employees
-Must be able to work closely with our clients
-Valid Driver's License is a MUST.
-Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on your skill set. Plus a bonus program that pays $4k to $8k per year.
-$1,000.00 sign on bonus ($500.00 on first paycheck based on 40 hour work week. $500.00 after 3 months based on 40 hour work weeks)
-3 days paid vacation after 90 days.
-6 paid holidays a year starting after 90 days.
-$250.00 tool allowance per year
