Skilled Caulker – Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Superior Skilled Trades is currently hiring an experienced Skilled Caulker for immediate work on industrial and commercial projects in the Waunakee, WI area and surrounding projects within 60 miles. This is a temp-to-perm position offering steady hours and long-term potential for the right candidate.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Temp-to-Perm
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Hours: 40–50 hours per week
Pay: $28–$34/hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Apply caulking, sealants, and adhesives to waterproof, seal, and finish surfaces.
Read and interpret blueprints to complete finishing tasks accurately.
Use hand tools such as caulk guns, trowels, and brushes effectively.
Perform surface preparation including sanding and priming as needed.
Work collaboratively to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications:
3 + Years experience as a Caulker on commercial or industrial construction projects.
Solid understanding of construction and finishing techniques.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Must own basic hand tools
Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Must properly use required PPE, including - hard hat, safety glasses, and high-visibility vest.
