Our construction company is seeking a full-time on-site truck Mechanic with 1st and 2nd shifts available. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining our fleet of on-road vehicles. The majority will be Dump trucks and semi-trucks. The ideal candidate should have a broad background knowledge in diesel mechanics.
Requirements:
Operate and inspect equipment to diagnose defects.
Perform preventive or general maintenance on equipment.
Safely operate vehicles and equipment.
3 to 4 years of mechanical experience preferred
Basic tools to perform duties
Experience with heavy equipment such as semi-trucks and trailers
CDL preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
