We are a Madison based company that specializes in building cell towers. We do not climb. We have an opening for an electrician. Must have a Wisconsin address. There will be travel involved. Most weeks you will leave the office on Monday and return Friday. This is not a once in a while, but every week. Please don't call me thinking it will be different. Paid travel to and from the office to the job site. Normal days on the road are 10 - 12 hours / day. Some weeks you will get 40+ and be home in 4 days. Most work is outside. Jobs don't usually last more than a week, so you will be moved around a lot. We pay for hotels + $25 / day. You will need all your own hand tools and battery tools. Must be able to read blueprints, supervise / train helpers and think on your feet. First aid / CPR will be required before starting. You will need to have OSHA 10 by the end of your first month (We pay for it). We will work together to establish an agreeable starting pay. We do a 90 day review to determine if your pay and ability match up or if we need to increase. If you perform efficiently and prove your ability to lead a 2 - 3 man team, you will be making $35/hr+ and have a company truck at the end of your 90 days. We offer top notch health, dental and 401K after 90 days. Paid holidays starting day 1 and a weeks paid vacation after a year.
