We are looking to add self motivated, well organized, experienced HVAC technician's to our team. The right candidate will have at least two years of experience in this field. Able to read blueprints, schematics, problem solving, trouble-shooting and planning are all great skills to have for this position. Able to work well with others or alone, receive and give directions pertaining to job tasks. Communicate with co-workers, contractors and clients. Plan ahead and order materials when needed. This position would include furnace, heat pump & air conditioning replacements, gas piping, metal fabrication, new construction install, remodels and light commercial installation, as well as service of HVAC related equipment. Hydronic and Geothermal knowledge is a plus, but we are willing to teach the right candidiate.
Physical demands would include, but not limited to, heavy lifting and carrying of 50 pounds or more, reaching, bending, crouching, working from ladders, scissors lifts and roofs. The typical schedule is weekdays 7- 4 which can vary based on job demand. Be part of the after hours on-call rotation one week, with bonus pay. A company vehicle will be provided for daily use with paid drive time and the possibility of taking home daily. After a 90 day probation period, we offer a competitive benefit package with Health & Dental insurance as well as 401k after a grace period. Paid time off for holidays and up to 3 weeks vacation.
