We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently as well as part of a team to ensure that plumbing systems operate efficiently and effectively. The Plumber will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our clients while adhering to safety standards and building codes.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Utilize power tools and hand tools for plumbing tasks, including pipe threading and construction plumbing.
Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
Collaborate with HVAC technicians when necessary to ensure integrated system functionality.
Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Experience
Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues.
Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
Experience in construction plumbing is a plus, along with any commercial driving experience that may be relevant.
Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
A maintenance person background is beneficial for additional repair tasks that may arise.
