You must be insured and if you are not licensed it is not a problem.
I need an estimate this week on labor alone if you can provide that for us. If you can provide labor and materials even better but its not a problem if you cannot given the short notice. We can also provide for you all the materials we plan on using give me a call asap and lets go look at a house TODAY !
