Measure Technicians closely examine the condition of existing windows or baths, re-measure windows or baths for accuracy, and then assess the situation to plan for production and installation. Also, verify customer and company expectations are in alignment.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for building awareness of our products and services to potential customers
-Effective communication skills

-Ability to speak publicly with confidence
-Generate appointments for the business while making connections with our customers
-Attend weekly meeting to go over marketing strategies
Qualifications:
-Previous Window or bath installation experience
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Ability to work Mon-Friday 8a-5p or 11a-8p
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must be punctual and dependable
-Positive attitude and willingness to lean
-Great customer service skills
-Able to use sound judgement; work independently with minimal supervision
