The position offered is a full time position for an individual to assist in monument installations working to become an installation lead. Prior experience is not required. Starting wage is $19-24/hour depending on experience. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm. Along with full time pay, health insurance, a retirement plan, paid time off, and paid holidays are available. This position can be seasonal from March 1 to December 15 for the right candidate. Goal start date for a new hire is early April 2025.
Our memorial business is a family owned/operated memorial business that specializes in highly customized, artistic memorials. We are looking for an individual to add to our amazing team. All of our staff members have been with us for many years, and we would expect another long term addition.
Requirements:
Education level of at least a high school diploma
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
Able to lift 100lbs with relative ease
Able to safely drive work trucks and trailers (non-CDL)
Job Description:
This position is primarily concerned with monument installations and all related tasks. Training will be provided for all of the tasks. These tasks include, but are not limited to:
Ability to follow directions
Handling materials
Moving materials with hand trucks, pallet jack, forklift operation
Lifting materials with the use of a crane and overhead hoist
Gluing of all materials
Cleaning/putting tools and other equipment back in place
Sweeping and cleaning of shop and trucks
Drilling holes
General maintenance
Digging and preparing holes for foundations
Mixing concrete for small projects
Installation of all materials onsite
Driving work vehicles
Assist in growing and improving tasks
And any other tasks assigned by management
