Dane Manufacturing is searching for qualified candidates to join our team! We have 2nd Shift Machine/Forming Operator positions available and are interviewing now. Our 2nd Shift Machine Forming Operators use Trumpf and Accupress machines to form metal parts for assembly or an end user. We welcome those with any manufacturing experience to apply.
If you have little experience in the manufacturing industry, Dane Manufacturing also offers a unique training program to help you learn more about manufacturing and to develop your skills within our shop.
The 2nd shift position's schedule is 3:00pm to 1:00am Monday through Thursday.
The Essential Job Functions if this position are as follows:
- Operate Trumpf and Accupress and other machinery/tools used in the production process, or assist other machine operators.
- Set up tooling, load programs and set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance of the equipment
- Work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities and report productivity to the supervisor
- Provide great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task
- Follow all company rules and policies
- Follow all safety rules and quality standards
- Keep work area clean and organized
