Evaluate scoping information from Engineering (impacted drawings, test procedures, purchase technical specifications, etc.) of proposed change. Verify and validate Engineering and ILS impacts are within the bounds of the proposed change and are current, accurate, and complete. Validate that technical drawing impacts provided are accurate and comprehensive. Identify impacts across multiple proposed changes. Ensure that the proposed change accurately captures impacts to manufacturing and identifiy the correct point of insertion in accordance with the Integrated Master Schedule. Ensure that In-Yard Needs Dates support the execution timeline. Understand and interpret the Project Bid (Basis of Estimate) as a basis to establish resource requirements.
