This individual must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and work with a wide range of patients from toddlers to older adults. The Psychometrician Technician easily engages in teamwork and collaboration in a manner consistent with Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) Mission and Values.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION/EXPERIENCEFor positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.Minimum Required Education/Experience : Two years of experience in a behavioral health, medical or related field in addition to one of the following :

High school diploma and four years’ experience in a psychology related field.

Associate degree in psychology or related field.

Preferred/Optional Education/Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field and experience as a psychometrician or a neuropsychometrician.CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSESThe following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.Minimum Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.Preferred/Optional: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire.Marshfield Clinic Health System is committed to enriching the lives of others through accessible, affordable and compassionate healthcare.
