US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our FROEDTERT MEN FALLS HOSPITAL facility. This
job is HYBRID. FTE: 0.900000 Shift: 1st shift flexible 7:30 an to 4:30
pm Job Summary: Coordinates the annual giving program, donor database,
donor communication and financial statements. Responsible for the
success, coordination, administration and stewardship of the direct mail
campaign and recognition activities for Community Memorial Foundation.
Assists with cultivation and solicitation of special gifts. Serves as an
active member of the development team. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of six years of experience in fund
raising with an emphasis on annual giving is required. Demonstrated
success in fund raising is required. Experience with Raisers Edge
software is required.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor's degree in
Philanthropic Studies, Communications, Marketing or Liberal Arts is
required.SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Must possess excellent written
skills. In depth knowledge of current fund-raising software, currently
Raisers Edge. Ability to work effectively with volunteers and donors and
cultivate relationships. Strong organization and planning skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. General bookkeeping
skills.LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Association of Fundraising Professionals
