Eaton’s ES AMER DIG division is currently seeking a Global Cybersecurity Services Product Manager.This role is hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days work from home) and will be based within 50-miles of any US Eaton site.The expected annual salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 a year.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Global Cybersecurity Services Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will define, launch, and measure the success of our OT Cybersecurity Services offerings on a global scale. You will collaborate closely with regional product managers, sales teams, and the Product Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (COE) to drive both organic and inorganic growth through strategic partnerships. This role reports to the Director of Cloud Enablement COE.In this role you will:
Define the value proposition of OT cybersecurity offerings and identify ideal buyer profiles across diverse global markets.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with regional marketing, commercial, and operational leadership teams worldwide.
Target and grow the install base for OT cybersecurity offerings globally, managing the lifecycle of industrial products to maximize value.
Establish and drive standard metrics for service offerings, developing and socializing KPIs to support global growth.
Own and define the global strategic growth plan, working with regions to refine their strategic plans, including profitability.
Manage external technology and commercial partnerships to drive growth on an international scale.
Identify new growth areas and develop strategic partnerships with service providers, technology providers, and engineering/consulting firms globally.
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to drive lifecycle services attachment across different regions.
Coordinate global cybersecurity program reviews with regional stakeholders, covering growth and operational aspects.
Integrate cybersecurity offerings into segment digital solutions across various markets.
Provide sales enablement through training, pre-sales tools, and pricing tools for all OT cybersecurity offerings globally.
Create and deliver sales enablement materials and training tailored to different regions.
Serve as a brand ambassador for Eaton Cybersecurity Services on a global stage.
Monitor macro policy and regulation changes worldwide, working closely with the codes and standards team to understand their impact on offerings.
Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in computer science, engineering, or business administration from an accredited institution.
Ten (10) years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, business development, or field services.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of any United States Eaton site will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in business administration.
Five (5) years of experience in marketing communications support and/or organizing and driving channel programs.
Five (5) years of commercial leadership experience (sales, business development, product management).
Skills:
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills.
Deep understanding of aftermarket and professional services strategy and integration with digital services.
Ability to view product and offering strategy from a lifecycle perspective, emphasizing revenue capture and value creation.
Excellent messaging and storytelling skills, capable of translating technical concepts to a wide audience using real-world examples, visuals, and analogies.
Basic understanding of legal, sales, marketing, and other commercial topics related to ICS/OT cybersecurity.
Proven organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Demonstrated creativity and drive for results.
