The ideal candidate for a Maintenance Technician would be able to do the following:Maintain current preventative maintenance programs/practices on all production equipment (press brakes, lasers, etc.) and facilities equipment. While working to enhance and improve systems and supporting tools that meet facility needs.Able to work across a wide spectrum of skills to include electrical, mechanical, troubleshooting; as needed to support up time of all supporting critical and supporting capital equipment.Assist Manufacturing Engineering on new equipment installations and equipment moves.Install, repair, rebuild and maintain machinery, small tools, as well as mechanical equipment used in production and related services.Complete and maintain all required paperwork of maintenance and preventative maintenance logs and files.Responsible for strict adherence to all company/ departmental policies and procedures related to safety.Work with the department lead to assure proper parts are kept on hand.Ensure that safe working conditions and good housekeeping are maintained while meeting quality and cost requirements.
