This person is frequently the first contact our customers have with the department and must be able to remain calm in stressful situations and represent the Clinic in a professional manner. The position requires the ability to make decisions consistent with protocols and policies of the department and Clinic always with strict observance of patient confidentiality.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATIONFor positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.Minimum Required: High school diploma or equivalent.Preferred/Optional: Education in medical terminology is preferred.EXPERIENCEMinimum Required: Computer Experience.Preferred/Optional: Experience with computer scheduling. Experience in physical or occupational therapy departments or other medical field.CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSESThe following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
