Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Mequon, Wisconsin, United States. This role is pivotal in the manufacturing industry and involves critical responsibilities such as handling customer invoices, maintaining communication with vendors, and managing the customer inbox.Responsibilities Accurately handling customer invoices using a 3-way match system Performing check runs to ensure timely and accurate payments Scanning and digitizing financial documents for record-keeping Managing customer inbox to promptly address and resolve queries Coordinating with the purchasing department to maintain effective vendor communication Utilizing Great Plains Dynamics for efficient accounting functions Ensuring accurate account coding for all transactions Processing time and expense reports to maintain up-to-date records Applying Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes for electronic transactions Upholding general ledger to reflect accurate financial information. Your Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strategic planning for the NPI portfolio through a BSR (Business Strategy Review) process. Strategically drive new growth for the product globally, supporting the local sales teams with business development opportunities. Create, develop and manage commercial programs to generate new business and increase market share. Help drive migration from legacy products to the NPI platform via sales enablement. Ownership of business unit customer relationships and assist Rockwell Sales Account Managers and distributor partners with pro-actively addressing customer inquiries and issues. Oversee the execution of product quality field issue resolution, in collaboration with Rockwell Sales, Quality and Remote/Field Technical Support teams. Role will have ownership of the messaging to the customer.
