Job Title: Warehouse Associate - 1st ShiftJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will be working in various areas throughout production and warehouse operations, including loading and unloading trucks, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, using RF scanners, hand packing orders, sanitation, and crate washing.Responsibilities
Load and unload trucks
Operate sit-down forklifts, grippers, and pallet jacks
Use RF scanners for inventory management
Hand pack orders in crates
Perform sanitation duties and crate washing
Ensure compliance with safety and GMP guidelines
Essential Skills
2+ years of warehouse experience
2+ years of forklift or pallet jack operation
Experience with shipping and receiving
Proficiency with RF scanners
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in dairy processing or GMP environment
Experience in high-volume production lines
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Comfortable standing for long periods of time
Willingness to work in a colder environment
Open to 1st or 2nd shift
Availability for 10-20 hours of overtime
