Description Job Title: SAP Business AnalystLocation: Madison, WI (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)About the Opportunity:Our client in Madison, WI, is seeking a skilled SAP Business Analyst to join their team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both onsite and remotely, enabling collaboration with all business units to drive SAP implementations and provide ongoing support. Serve as the primary technology liaison between business units and the SAP technical team to ensure successful implementations and system support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate them into SAP solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Assist with the analysis, design, and implementation of smaller technical projects across various business units.
Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize business disruption.
Work in an agile setting, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative development cycles.
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training to support successful project delivery.
Stay up to date on SAP system upgrades, new features, and best practices to continuously enhance the organization’s SAP capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, or other modules).
Strong understanding of business processes across various functions (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR, etc.).
Experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, and developing functional specifications.
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across business units.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in Madison, WI, and remotely for 2 days.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
Knowledge of system integrations and middleware solutions.
Previous experience in managing or supporting technical projects outside of SAP.
