Our firm provides insurance and investment planning services. Full-time first shift in-person position available for a detail-oriented, hard-working person who enjoys learning new skills and working with our clients and vendors. We offer a professional atmosphere- not a grimy shop or basement. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history- references required. Professional communication skills are a must. Mid-level abilities with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel are required; a skills assessment will be required before an offer is made. Someone with a bookkeeping background plus customer service skills would be a great fit. Reliability, high integrity, attention to detail, problem-solving desire and skills, and the ability to work independently are required. This is much more than a basic receptionist position. There are no other employees which will be a plus for the right candidate. This is a long-term permanent position. There is plenty of opportunity to learn additional skills. There is also the possibility to eventually advance to a sales role for the right person. This position requires the ability/ desire to learn and work independently. We offer some scheduling flexibility, a clean, safe work environment, no layoffs in our firm's history, and great pay with benefits including a retirement plan.
