Position is fulltime in the 3rd Street food Market Hall in downtown Milwaukee, we're growing and adjusting our leadership to meet the new needs.
We're looking for an experienced and energetic individual to help lead our FOH operations. This is a working position, meaning you will be working front of the house shifts daily as a cashier side-by-side with the members of your team and fellow managers. Our focus is on providing quality food, and quality service to our guests! The ideal candidate for this position will have a true passion for the service industry as well as a can-do attitude, willing to do whatever it takes to care for the guests and support their team. A self-starting motivated attitude will be needed in this position. We highly value individual integrity, and strong motivational leadership skills.

Overall success of KAWA RAMEN & SUSHI.
Ensuring a memorable experience of all guests.
Recruitment of new staff, interviewing, hiring, training, ongoing development, and coaching and counseling of staff to so they may reach their highest level of potential.
Help owners with, labor management, nightly payroll outputs.
Insight into development of food Specials, and their marketing is always a plus.
Marketing and promotion of the restaurant through social media and other methods strongly desirable.
Development of personal strengths and growth is essential.
Some assistance with inventory and ordering/receiving.
Working in any capacity that is required to provide support to your team.
This is an HOURLY management position you will be expected to work an average hourly work week of 40 hours with all hours worked being from our late morning opens into the evenings up until close, weekends are also a must. Along with your wages you may also earn tips as you cashier.
This position is best suited for an individual who is a able to self direct, and does not need to be advised on how to drive their team to success. Previous restaraunt service experience is required. Previous leadership or management experience is strongly desired. May be willing to provide additional training for those with extensive service experience but lacking in prior leadership.
