Commission is set, with draw and bonuses.
Requires an exceptional customer service ethic, the ability to document each interaction extensively (which may include phone and or video recordings of said sales), good phone skills, and the ability to sell candy (or any of the colloquial sayings) to a baby.
You must be able to speak English fluently, be able to read a script, and follow direction.
The sky is limit on money you can make, (our top sales people make in excess of $100k a year) sitting at home in their pajamas.
