Part time/flexible hours 15-20plus hrs per week
Candidates need to be self-directed and have organizational and problem solving skills.
You would be working in the front office with existing customers, and new walk in customers
Experience with Quickbooks would be helpful, customer service skills, phone answering skills, emailing and copy machine knowledge and a positive disposition are needed
Some duties may include: answering and directing phone calls, emailing, taking customer orders, writing up job tickets and following the job through the shop making sure delivery deadlines are met, bank deposits and help with payroll.
The hours are 8:30-4:30 and the days are flexible 2-4 days per week
pay starts at $16 per hour but will go up depending on experience, efficiency and knowledge
