The CAR-RAC Sales Representative must be self-motivated and able to maintain growth within a sales territory through…
· Identifying potential dealers within the assigned region.
· Explaining the benefits of utilizing CAR-RAC to maximize the digital reach and increase sales percentages.
· Connecting buyers with sellers to create a smooth and seamless process.
· Providing excellent customer service through timely emails, texts, or phone calls with the client.
· Utilize CRM daily for reporting and tracking purposes
· Develop and execute a strategic plan to grown new business in your territory
· This is a 1099 position which includes:
o Base Salary
o Car allowance
o Uncapped Commission
o Cell phone allowance

Candidates must have:
· A minimum of one-year sales experience in the automotive industry
· Reliable transportation and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel.
· Strong written and verbal communication.
· Strong organizing skills, be self-motivated and disciplined
· A constant drive to achieve and succeed.
· High school diploma with some college preferred
Preferred qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
· Professional sales training such as the Sandler Sales Training is preferred but not required.
· Established contacts in the automotive sales industry within an assigned region.
· Experience with wholesale and remarketing buying and selling platforms
· An understanding of NAAA arbitration policies
Pay: $30,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
