We are looking for a full or part time Floral Delivery Driver. As such, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer receives the best customer service possible, while delivering a wide variety of plants, cut flowers and arrangements.
Job Overview & Responsibilities (not limited to):
Provide exemplarily customer service
Complete customer deliveries using proper scripting and delivery logs
Communicate with customers directly
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
Maintain the Delivery van’s appearance, including performing interior and general cleaning schedules
May cross train to perform other duties
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills (not limited to):
Clean driving record
Delivery Driving Experience 3 years (Preferred)
Customer Service Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Ability to work flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
