If you excel at customer service, are energetic and personable, can multi-task in a fast paced environment, and embody a professional demeanor, you're a great fit for a role as a Leasing Consultant with Mandel Group! As a Leasing Consultant, you'll handle a variety of tasks throughout the day and week, dabbling in sales, marketing and resident retention duties. You'll work closely with the other office team members and maintenance staff to make each day amazing for your residents and ensure we’re providing the finest customer service possible. Previous sales experience and/or leasing is strongly preferred along with computer skills. This particular position has the chance to get your foot in the door in property management. Please note that leasing positions will require weekend shifts.
What you'll do as a Leasing Consultant:
Quickly develop complete product knowledge of your apartment community;
Respond to and convert e-mail and phone leads with prospective residents, into on-site personal tours of the apartment units;
Maintain an effective closing ratio and lease apartments;
Process applications and draft legal lease agreements using a template;
Understand and follow Mandel leasing and company practices at all times;
Know competitive products and communicate trends/market conditions to the office team;
Provide amazing customer service and assist residents with issues or concerns;
General administrative duties;
Other duties to assist overall property management efforts.
