Have a working knowledge of General construction, Plumbing, and Electrical
Knowledge of Microsoft office, Word, Outlook and Excel.
Experience in K and B Design, and Knowledge of Design software helpful but not necessary
Job duties:
Answer telephones
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Assists in calendaring appointments and service calls
Contacts customers via telephone to schedule work and confirm appointments
Provides office support to plumbers as needed for appointments and service calls
Helps with special projects in the office, as necessary
Setting appointments for in home measurements and consultation.
Assist customers with showroom product selections
Order products for customers
Order and track products.
Extensive product training provided.
