Lada Driver School, LLC is seeking a Driving Instructor(s) who will be responsible for Behind the Wheel Training, Classroom Teaching, or BOTH.
Flexible work schedule, Instructors schedule days/ times they would like to train students. This can range Monday- Sunday; 8:00am-8:00pm. Hours may vary depending on the needs of the facility.
Job duties include:
Picking up/Dropping off teen or adult students
Teaching teen/adult students the basic skills on the road
Ability to report promptly to work at scheduled start time
High school diploma or the equivalent of a GED
Good knowledge of Milwaukee area
Skills/Qualifications
Must pass Road test, written permit test, and written instructor test @ DMV (we train/prep)
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have 3 years of driver licenses experience.
Must have knowledge of rules and safety of the road.
Must complete 30 hours of classroom/10 hours of behind the wheel observation.
Must possess a valid Wisconsin Driver's License
A person's driving record shall not be considered satisfactory to hold an instructor's license if that person:
Has accumulated more than 6 demerit points during a 1 year period
Has been involved in 2 or more accidents in a 1-year period where the person may have been negligent
Has had his/her operator's license revoked, suspended or cancelled at any time during the past 4 years
If you already have a Driving Instructor License, you might start working with us immediately upon hire. All other driving instructor candidates should go through mandatory training.
Expected hire date is 2-4 weeks after the start of the training process.
