Job Details
Qualified Controls Engineer will:
Design controls systems or retrofits on new and existing equipment.
Specify and verify controls requirements on new equipment and existing equipment retrofits including maintenance of accurate controls drawings and documentation
Support new equipment controls development through validation, start-up, and continuous process improvement.
Act as key resource in troubleshooting controls and PLC issues in the processing facilities.
Support PLC maintenance and programming primarily on Allen Bradley/Rockwell systems.
Qualifications
Minimum 3- 5 years Controls Engineering experience required; PMP certification is a plus
Must be extremely proficient with Studio 5000 (RSLogix 5000) and Factory Talk View (ME and SE)
Experience in the heat transfer and combustion industry is a plus.
Embedded systems design and programming experience is a plus.
Knowledge of control networking and industrial communication protocols (Rockwell Ethernet IP, Modbus, Bacnet, etc.) is desired.
