Description:

The ServiceNow engineer is part of the centralized solutions team, responsible for design and build of all things on the ServiceNow platform - initiative and solid design and implementation experience is required. Work comes in from a prioritized and groomed backlog and a mix of new capabilities, enhancements/refactoring, and bug remediation.

For our platform implementation, this includes ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM/APM, SIR, HRSD, and IRM/GRC. You don't need to be a subject matter expert in each module, but should have a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, data and cross-process relationships. Certified CAD and implementation specialist is required.

Open to remote, but should be available during the core hours of 9:00am - 4:00pm Central Time and a L2/3 support escalation point in an on-call rotation. Local candidates do have access to the corporate environment, including lunch and our lab.

The engineer (design & build) is responsible for the "how" in the "who, where, what, when, why" of prioritized demands that come from product management. They build solutions and perform the technical ask and based on a parent feature which defines the scope of the work, acceptance criteria, definition of done, and OCM/adoption that is driven by product.

Must haves:

Servicenow experience. This is not a junior role, but possibly a role for an up-and-comer. Your experience and knowledge of the platform should be current with fundamental knowledge intact. Being able to understand the ask and deliver the solution is a must. Base level understanding of agile.

The team has core hours of 0900 - 1600 CST. It is expected that the engineer is available during this time to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and product managers.
