Description Our client is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join their team to focus on internal customer-facing software application support & collaboration. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a growing organization in Milwaukee and is 100% remote. Stellar benefits including generous paid time off, 401k and an annual bonus are also included. Provide technical support and resolve application issues for internal customers.
Write and optimize T-SQL queries for database management and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain application scripts and tools using C# and PowerShell.
Collaborate with development teams to improve system functionality and performance.
Document support processes and create knowledge base articles.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in T-SQL, C#, and PowerShell.
AWS.
Experience with SSIS is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
