If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job TitleBusiness Intelligence Analyst - Sales CompensationWhat does a successful Business Intelligence Analyst do at Fiserv?The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst is responsible for maintaining and executing the code which calculates monthly and quarterly bonus compensation for internal sales associates in-accordance with their signed compensation agreements. This requires developing a deep knowledge of business data and understanding how to utilize it to compare actual performance against KPI's and their respective quotas. Additionally, you will work with sales leaders to understand the results and investigate and answer any questions that might arise. This is a highly technical role requiring a programming background with extensive familiarity with backend data and SQL.What you will do:

Execute procedures each month to kick-off the calculation process

Review results with sales leaders to address concerns and fix data anomalies

Run ad hoc queries in response to business needs

Write code to update/modify existing calculations or implement new payouts

QC calculations to ensure code is operating properly

Create and maintain Tableau reports

What you need to have:

1+ years of Oracle PL/SQL experience (packages, procedures, functions, views, etc)

1+ years of researching, navigating, understanding, and modifying existing complex codebases (20,000+ lines of code)

1+ years Tableau experience creating new and modifying existing reports

A self-starter attitude and drive to learn the inner details of the system and how the code works

Ability to work and excel in an ambiguous and fluid environment

What would be great to have:

Linux experience (general familiarity, server admin skills not required)

ETL experience (scheduled jobs to move/aggregate/summarize data on a nightly basis)

Salesforce experience (backend data structures)
