Positions are available in Milwaukee, South Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, West Allis, Waukesha, and Oak Creek.What You Get To Do:Working directly as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver, you will be able to assist in a residential group home by assisting people with disabilities achieve a variety of outcomes, assist with personal cares and provide normalization/community integration. The DSP (caregiver/mentor) is responsible for providing:Support and mentorship with daily activities to those we support in a manner that ensures their health and safety. Some examples include helping with meals, cleaning, and facilitating fun activities.Hands-on mentoring to those we serve to help them become more independent.Positive direction to the individuals to encourage them to achieve their personal goals.Provide medication administration and ensure person's medical well-being.No Experience? If you meet the basic job requirements, we will provide the necessary paid training and hands-on experience.If interested in a Behavioral DSP role – To be successful in this role we are looking for candidates with prior experience with intense high behaviors, both verbal and physical. You will provide support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and people who are faced with mental health, behavioral, and/or significant medical challenges. We are looking to hire staff who are patient, have good decision-making and crisis-management skills, and who will not be intimidated by these behaviors. Prior IDD, mental health, psychiatric, and/or security experience is strongly preferred.

Position Summary Under the direction of department leadership, the Specialist Family Support is responsible for communicating/interacting in a respectful manner with families to obtain authorization for organ and tissue donation. Collaborates closely with the Organ Donation Specialists, donor hospital staff, and physicians to develop a plan for the family discussion of donation, legal authorization and/or support for donor designation and a bereavement plan. Responsibilities Supports family needs throughout the entire donor process from referral, family discussion, donor management, operating room, and family follow-up.
