Job Title: Production WorkerJob DescriptionThe position involves working with a small team of six on a production line that produces weatherproofing tape for the house construction industry. This facility focuses primarily on R&D work but also operates three production lines. Due to an increase in business, there is a need to extend production hours, hence the requirement for six general laborers. The job includes loading adhesive onto the line, moving rolls, and performing other general labor duties.Responsibilities

Load adhesive onto the production line

Move rolls and other materials as needed

Perform general labor duties to support production

Maintain accurate documentation during the manufacturing process

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production

Essential Skills

1+ years of recent manufacturing/machine operating experience

Ability to read a tape measure

1+ years of experience with documentation during the manufacturing process

Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently

Identify and advise management of problems/issues that may arise with hospital staff, physicians, or nurse manager, and/or need for process improvements. Establishes and maintains effective relationships by providing a high level of customer service through timely communication, presence and visibility QUALIFICATIONS Education High school education or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor degree in a health care field preferred. Experience Minimum of one year in healthcare or related field. OB Tech / Surgical Tech Certificate preferred. Skills and Knowledge Ability to use a personal computer, Microsoft Office and the internet for data entry and retrieval of information. Strong attention to detail and ensures accuracy in completing paperwork. Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task in challenging and stressful situations, and utilizing conflict resolution skills to provide a productive work flow. Knowledge of basic medical terminology, medications, disease processes and human anatomy. Excellent interpersonal communication and rapport-building skills including the ability to listen actively and respond with empathy, tact, and sensitivity. Ability to apply judgment and fact finding to solve problems. Takes a positive approach to working within a team and is flexible with others.
