Production & Operations  Systems Engineer s enable Manufacturing Modernization with deep specialization in Execution systems (MES/ MOM), Automation, and Plant data models. YOU ARE:A skilled and innovative Digital Manufacturing & Operations Manager who leads the intersection of business and technology. In this role, you will translate complex business needs into innovative digital manufacturing solutions, leveraging Industry 4.0 advancements to drive transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.THE WORK:

Produce innovative, cost-effective digital manufacturing solutions that create measurable value for clients

Design and build complex digital roadmaps that align with business objectives and future-proof operations

Act as a Digital Manufacturing Translator, connecting business requirements with the right Industry 4.0 enablers

Apply Agile, Waterfall and hybrid approaches to develop and deploy industrial software solutions

Build business cases to help guide clients through digital acceleration

Develop scalable architectures, estimates, staffing plans and implementation strategies

Lead small, agile teams to deliver responsive and efficient digital solutions

Oversee end to end solutions, ensuring seamless execution in real-world enviroments

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

5+ years of experience in architecting, developing and implementing Industry 4.0 digital solutions in manufacturing environment

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

10 years of experience in at least 1 of the following industries: Automotive, Logistics and Transportation, Manufacturing and Industrial Automation, Aerospace and Defense, Resources, Energy, Oil and Gas, Pharmaceutical Medical, High Tech, Media, Electronics, Internet, or Semiconductor

Hands-on experience with key manufacturing technologies, including: PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), MES/MOM (Manufacturing Execution Systems/Manufacturing Operations Management), PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), and IoT platforms.

Proven experience in manufacturing IT systems integration, ensuring seamless interaction between shop floor technologies and enterprise IT systems.

Technical foundation in loosely coupled, micro-services platform architectures, containerization (docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing, big data technologies , AI/ML framework and cybersecurity best practices (including OT security)

Demonstrated experience in designing manufacturing use cases and solutions

Cloud and edge expertise, with experience in Azure and/or AWS

Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solution Architect and/or Azure Solution Architect Expert

A Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field

Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written and active listening - with a passion for collaboration and teamwork

Confidence and executive presence, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite and board-level executives

A travel-ready mindset, comfortable visiting clients and partners for meetings and workshops

  • JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Manufacturing Project Manager III is a hands-on individual contributor role that will focus on strategic manufacturing projects across North America in the Industrial Powertrain Systems (IPS) Segment. The role will be responsible for driving manufacturing projects and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of global, strategic Commercial IPS initiatives. Projects will vary in complexity and involve operational optimization, 80/20 deployment, Lean/Six Sigma practices, cost savings, product line simplification (PLS), focused factories, or a hybrid of the above. The role will also actively support Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) initiatives to enable continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process, as well as elevate strategic sites to a \'center of excellence\' and a destination of choice for external customers. Travel up to 25% to domestic and international Regal Rexnord facilities may be required. Primary Responsibilities Manage, lead, and support large and/or complex manufacturing operations projects through the entire project lifecycle to a structured Stage Gate process. Including management of Regal Rexnord restructuring projects. Collaboratively work with the leadership team to assess the newly formed product portfolio and to create a prioritized funnel of PLS opportunities. Challenge traditional methods of thinking to ensure the work is always structured in the most effective manner to achieve project goals utilizing effective and advanced manufacturing methodologies.
