Jury Research/Focus Group

Wauwatosa area attorney's office is looking for 10 individuals to participate in a jury research project to be held in person on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, at a law firm just south of Mayfair Mall. You need no qualifications or expertise other than the ability to listen to both sides of a dispute and the willingness to be as fair as you can be. Please do not reply if you have had previous jury research experience, work in the legal profession, or are employed in law enforcement. Participants will listen to and evaluate brief presentations of both sides of real lawsuits. Our intention is for you to come to a decision about the lawsuits as if you were the actual jury members.

You will be paid $80.00 at the end of the 4-hour session. Lunch and refreshments will be provided during the session. You must be available to participate in person for the entire session.
