Description We are offering a unique opportunity for a Property Administrator in the Real Estate & Property industry. Situated in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, this role involves handling various administrative tasks related to property management. This position offers a contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee the process and review of documents provided by tenants for annual recertification in compliance with government regulations. Perform data entry tasks to update new and existing tenant information. Prepare and distribute necessary documents for tenant signatures. Deliver customer service including; responding to requests regarding recertification requirements, addressing complaints, and assisting clients with their recertification paperwork. Carry out various clerical duties such as posting rent payments, data entry, final bill preparation, preparing and collating monthly reports, and sending form letters. Process applications for subsidized housing for all projects. Handle vacate notices and unit transfers, send acknowledgment letters, and prepare weekly reports for management. Adhere to Equal Opportunity Housing & Fair Housing rules in accordance with state and federal guidelines. Utilize various software systems including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook to manage correspondence and documentation. Requirements Experience in real estate and property administration Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites Ability to manage correspondence effectively Experience in handling documentation related to property administration Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook for communication and scheduling Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to business needs.
