experiences that drive business outcomes. Primary Duties &

Responsibilities Set Product Vision: Accountable for long term vision of

a suite of products including multi-year funding strategies tied to

business outcomes. Cultivate an understanding of the products. Develop

Roadmap: Shared accountability in cross functional strategic roadmaps in

addition to the products in their domain. Define and track KPIs for

measure of success. Gather Requirements: Gather higher level, more

complex product requirements with a general understanding/knowledge of

products in remit. Review and validate requirements gathered within

team. DefinesProduct: Responsible for multiple high complexity products

and product features from start to finish. Stakeholdering: Proactive

communication and marketing of domain products with stakeholders to

ensure product strategy and visionisclear and accepted by the

organization. Design Partnership: Where applicable,multi yeardesign

vision - Use high level design aptitude with understanding of the

process and facilitation. Feature Prioritization: Develop and maintain

prioritized program backlog of user stories for implementation according

to business value or ROI. Data & Customer Research: Inform product

decisions with both qualitative and quantitative data on behavior and

experimentation. Resolution: Identify and resolve issues that may impair

the ability to meet strategic, financial, and/or technical goals.

Qualifications Bachelor'sdegree. Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE or

Platform Engineering experience 9-14Years of prior experience with at

least6working in a Product Management Role, with agile team experience.

Knowledge Preferred:knowledge of the financial services industry,

familiar with BI tools, certification or experience with Product Owner

or Scrum Master role, experience in leadership or mentorship of a team,

multiple years working in complex, cross functional companies managing

multiple products and PMs. Must havedemonstratedsuccessful cross

functional work in previous experiencealong with excellent

communication, time management, and project management experience,

strong business acumen and highself awareness/EQ. Along withprevious

research experience required, influence skills, previouslyproven

successful leadership partnerships, be an expert in translating product

Job Description The Digital Tools Product Manager is responsible for the strategic direction for product & system configurators working closely between business unit stakeholders and software development team in an agile environment. You will report to the Digital Tools Director. Digital Tools provide customer facing tools used to configure, select, and design products and automation systems thru proposal generation. These tools also interface with end-to-end automation to internal systems to support order generation, engineering hardware and software documentation, and manufacturing. This Digital Tools department supports all Rockwell business by providing the management and leadership for the strategy, execution, and maintenance for a range of configuration and engineering configuration tools. Many of these tools provide product selection to complex product/system configuration for both external customers and internal users. This is a critical leadership role in digital tools and will include support for strategic direction and roadmap for our tools, collaborating closely with key stakeholders across the company. Two important goals are moving to simplification in everything we do and utilizing best practices to drive to common tools and processes.
