Job Title: Project CoordinatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist Project Managers with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth project execution and excellent communication between all parties involved. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our projects.Responsibilities

Set up projects in VantagePoint.

Review proposals and contracts in VantagePoint for timekeeping and billing.

Assist Project Managers in reviewing timesheets and expense reports.

Assist Project Managers with monthly billing processes.

Make invoice and Accounts Receivable follow-up calls.

Communicate effectively with Project Managers, staff, clients, and accounting staff.

Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.

Receive and direct visitors and clients.

Act as the communication link when a Project Manager is out of the office or on a job site.

Produce, proo, and edit documents for Project Managers.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience in construction administration and project coordination.

Strong data entry skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of civil construction and project management.

Experience in administrative support.

Familiarity with computer spreadsheet packages and general accounting software.

Excellent organizational skills.

Strong time management and customer service skills.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Billing/Accounts Receivable experience in the professional service industry is preferred.

Work EnvironmentCandidates will be working out of the Milwaukee office. This is a 100% on-site position requiring effective communication and collaboration with team members and clients.
