What You Get To Do:The Quality Assurance Manager will provide leadership and management of the Quality Assurance (QA) department through administrative, management, and programmatic support, to assure high quality services, provide clinical supervision, facilitate business growth and minimize risk.Salary is $63,800.00Hours are typical business hours Monday through FridayTravel in Wisconsin is required, candidates must be located in the state of WisconsinOffice location can be home office or at one of our local officesResponsibilities and Duties:Provide leadership for Dungarvin Wisconsin policies, systems, and initiatives.Lead the quality assurance team and develop and manage QA initiatives. Focusing on quality, compliance and risk reduction.Review, evaluate and contribute to the development of standards, policies, and procedures, as well as carry out programs to evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs.Ensure policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include regulatory changes.Assist in quality assessment, intervention and enhancement of services and supportsProvide consultation and direction to ensure programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and supported individuals receive the highest level of care.Review and evaluate program records and practice, applying QA criteria, and make recommendations for improvement.Review data and run a variety of reports to identify trends, areas of improvement and develop plans for internal execution to drive quality improvement.Compile statistical data and write narrative reports summarizing quality assurance findings.Employee training and development by collaborating with Directors, Nursing personnel and Human Resources to develop, revise and refine employee training related to quality improvement and initiatives.Support Directors to ensure programs are in compliance with state regulations and meet internal standards of quality.  Work in tandem with the State Director, Area Director(s) and staff to identify problems, develop plans for correction, and assure plan implementation.Lead and coordinate committee meetings and special projects, as assigned, driving quality practices and minimizing riskCoordinate and lead state quality assurance practices, implementing and leading national standards and practices, investigations involving the QA department.Manage investigation reviews and completion of investigation reports, monitor the completion of corrective actionsAssure that programs meet licensure and certification requirementsSupervision responsibilities include:Direct supervision of nursing personnel and QA department support roles. Provide direction and guidance to drive effective utilization, clinical outcomes and support within the department to meet quality assurance expectations.Evaluate performance of supervised staff and their functional areas of responsibility.Complete payroll for supervised staff in an accurate and timely manner.Manage department focus, efforts and communication including but not limited to special projects
